One-time payment; this is not a subscription.
After checkout, you will be directed to the secure Carepatron portal for records and imaging.
Cancellation before the second-opinion service is provided is refundable.
If the service cannot appropriately review your case, your payment will be refunded.
Once the second-opinion service has been provided, no refund will be issued.
For the $995 package, if video consultation cannot be provided, the $200 difference is refunded.
